Lost 80 pounds from 230 pounds

I love the show!!!!  Guys, Being myself  once super overweight, I understand the feeling of carrying all the extra pounds and wanting to get rid of them once and for all.  It's been over 4 years that I lost 80 pounds from 230 pounds and keeping motivated is a plus for my weight loss maintenance.  So, when I saw this show "the Biggest Loser Program" you got me hooked and energized to learn new exercises, new weight loss techniques, new tasty recipes with the Biggest Loser Cookbook.  I just love it guys.  

My favorite story was that of Mike and his dad Ron. I give a standing ovation to Mike wow, losing over 100 pounds and looking good! Awesome.  I am doing now the exercises to tone my body  and love the way BOB Harper makes you feel by motivating you during the exercises.
