This is me before! the OLD ME weighing 230 pounds.
It took me about 7 months to lose 80 pounds.
Over 3 years have passed and I am still keeping those 80 pounds away BY BALLROOM DANCING.
Trust me, you don't need to be an expert dancer, just move your body knowing each move is burning calories. Once you realize how many calories you can burn and actually see the changes in your body, YOU WILL WANT TO BE DANCING ALL DAY.
I am also including two of my latest photos with my ballroom costumes. I make my own inventions.
I would love to hear from your progress.

Here I am 80 pounds lighter! Dancing is the best way and fun way to burn fat and have a blast. I love it.
