Lost 80 pounds from 230 pounds

 It is difficult but come on if I did it and keeping those 80 pounds away, SO CAN YOU.

Eating every 3 hours help you keep you boost your metabolism to get rid of stored fat.  Secret is to make sure you include protein with your meals.

For example, I have always handy protein bars, Whey Protein shake  , yogurts, almonds, chicken, etc.
