People keep asking me how in the world I lost 80 pounds and keeping a toned body. For example, on Saturday, July 12, 2008, I went to the ballroom dancing and people were amazed how I could do turns, wear mini skirts, being flexible and looking younger. Hey, I am 47 years old believe it or not, I do look younger for my age and my secret is a healthy nutrition and making sure I have protein choices in every meal.
I keep handy protein bars, almonds, nuts, and Whey Protein shake at least one in the morning and after working out. Why? Because protein will help you tone your muscles, burn more calories, and give your skin a more tight look not too saggy.
