Quick Lunch Basmati Rice, Grilled Chicken and Fresh Spinach Salad

A quick lunch to get energies and avoid cravings at night:

-  Basmati Rice

- Grilled Chicken

- Fresh spinach with tomatoes.

-  Boiled potatoes

I advise you to have your carbs for your lunch to energize your body during the day and burn calories. 

Going to the extreme avoiding carbs is not good because your body need carbs to use as energy.  Lacking of proper carbs can make you feel tired.  The whole secret is to balance your meals and eat slowly.

You will have the whole afternoon to keep your body full and burning calories.  By night, you won't be craving too much carbs. 

For dressing, use lemon, herbs, and extra virgin olive oil.

After your lunch, try to have a green tea or peppermint tea to help your digestion and avoid gas, that bloated feeling.
