Celebrating my Birthday with My New Figure without 80 pounds extra! I love it!

Hello my friend,
Today, I want to share with you photos from my Birthday Celebration! I am so happy that I managed to celebrate with my new figure without carrying those extra 80 pounds. Instead, I am happy with my new figure and body flexibility.

Here I am ready to blow the candles of my cake. My wish:

I celebrated my birthday Ballroom Dancing. Hey, that is a nice excuse to have fun and lose weight at the same time. I love it. Every song last about 3 to 4 minutes, so I coordinate my dancing songs either to increase my heart rate and metabolism with Jive, Merengue, and Samba, or to increase my flexibility and toning specific muscles with music such as Rumba and Foxtrot.Cagliari since January 2008 and practically saving Cagliari from relegation.
I wish you can feel my happiness for achieving my weight loss goal because I want you to experience the same. If I lost 80 pounds without starving but enjoying eating every 3 hours, so can you. I will be glad to help you and give you some advice on different diets that might help you based on your lifestyle.
For me, the Mediterranean Diet is the one giving me much joy becasue I can eat everything and practice a healthier lifestyle by doing more physical activities.

People usually ask me why a man is my fitness role model. Well, let me put it simple. I started to watch tennis after watching the story of Nadal and see how he is 100% committed to his tennis and physical fitness. Besides, rarely I see an athlete with such defined abs and muscles without looking bulky. My motivation to give me energy for exercising is my favorite soccer team: AC Milan.

This is my friend Manuel, one of my ballroom dancing partners. Manuel and I dance mostly Latino rhythms such as Cha cha cha, mambo, salda, merengue, and cumbia.
