Quick Eggs and Rice Recipe to Have Protein and Carbs

Wondering how to get a balanced protein and carbs quick healthy lunch?  Here is this simple RICE AND EGGS recipe.

-  Cook your rice, instead of water you can use chicken broth.
- Separately prepare some scrambled eggs.
-  Mix the scrambled eggs with your rice.

That's it!  Simple as 1 + 1 =2....  

It's quick yet so nutritional and you will have your necessary carbs and protein to maximize your weight loss menu.  You may serve with a mixed salad garnished with lemon and herbs.
