Lost 80 pounds from 230 pounds
By looking at my old photos, I can't believe I was 230 pounds! I would have never been able to do this pose while dancing! Now, I am even ballroom dancing and feeling great!
Hey, if you would have told me before that I could do turns, lifting legs, and shimmering, I would have simply said "NO, I can't do it!" How could I do it without feeling tired carrying 230 pounds!!!
Today, I enjoy dancing Cha cha cha, Jive, Merengue, Salsa to burn fat while toning my muscles. I love Rumba because it helps me stretch and improve flexibility. You can also lose pounds using my weight loss tips.
