Update on My Weight Loss Journal Exercise Routine and Meals Menu

Lost 80 pounds from 230 pounds


Hello my friends!

Wanted to share with you one of my favorite photos with my friend Alice. We had so much fun dancing a cumbia "La Cadenita."

I feel so great with my new figure! I am no longer carrying  230 pounds!!!! 

Most of all, I feel energized, more flexible, and following my weight tranining to improve saggy muscles.

I have to prepare my weight maintenance menu and check my exercise routine.

  • Sauna 2 times  a week
  • Weight training 2 times to improve my upper body, especially upper arms
  • Abs exercises 3 times
  • Dancing to learn new steps
  • Check my meal menus  making sure I have my balanced meals with protein, carbs, and fiber.
  • Have my nutritional supplements daily

    • I went to the Sauna for 30 minutes.
    • Did my Weight Training for my Upper Body: arms, free weights,
    • Completed my abs exercise routine.


      I will wait two days to repeat the Upper Weight Training and Sauna program allowing my muscles to recover.

    Recovery day. I did only 20 minutes cardio. Have to make some time to practice some jive and cha cha cha steps.
