Lost 80 pounds from 230 pounds
Hello my friends!Wanted to share with you one of my favorite photos with my friend Alice. We had so much fun dancing a cumbia "La Cadenita."
I feel so great with my new figure! I am no longer carrying 230 pounds!!!!
Most of all, I feel energized, more flexible, and following my weight tranining to improve saggy muscles.
I have to prepare my weight maintenance menu and check my exercise routine.
- Sauna 2 times a week
- Weight training 2 times to improve my upper body, especially upper arms
- Abs exercises 3 times
- Dancing to learn new steps
- Check my meal menus making sure I have my balanced meals with protein, carbs, and fiber.
- Have my nutritional supplements daily

Recovery day. I did only 20 minutes cardio. Have to make some time to practice some jive and cha cha cha steps.
