Ham Sandwich with Arugula and Quinoa Salad for Protein, Fiber, Carbs

Here is a balanced Mediterranean Lunch I made today.

- Ham Sandwich with wheat bread (carbs and protein) avoid mayonaisse. Instead, use mustard, 0 calories butter, and yogurt.

- Quinoa salad with Arugula and mandarine. Dressing lemon, pure extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  Garnish with fresh tomatoes. This salad gives you protein, fiber, carbs.

- 1/2 cup of yogurt.  I added few drops of vanilla flavor, top with fresh peppermint.

-  You may have coffee or your favorite tea after meal.  Even better Green tea to boost your metabolism and improve your digestion.
