Quick Healthy Lunch to Get Rid of Bloated Stomach

Here is a quick, delicious, and healthy Mediterranean Lunch to help YOU lose weight.
It won't take you more than 15 minutes to prepare. Yet, it will help YOU satisfy your
cravings.


-  Pineapple with ginger (this combo helps you get rid of bloated stomach. 
You can top it with fennel seeds to help you even more, plus improving your digestion system.)

- Mixed green salad with one hard boiled egg.  Dressing: lemon, pure virgin olive oil, salt and pepper

- Grilled burger (20-25 gr. protein) or grilled breast chicken without skin. or
  A protein shake to get your 25 gr. of protein.

- After meal:  Get a tea to improve your digestion and eliminate gas. For example,
Fennel seed tea, Lemon tea, Peppermint tea, Anise seed tea.
