Best thing to lose weight is to start your day with a good breakfast. 

For example, you can use one of my quick breakfast recipe to boost your metabolism.

- Cappuccino or regular coffee

- Yogurt with pineapples (you can use other fruits too) provides protein and good bacteria to improve your digestive system

- Quick ready to bake pizza dough, top it with tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, slices of ham,
   cheese, and basil. It's a combination of carbs and protein.

- Green Tea to boost your metabolism to burn fat insteadof a regular cup of green tea, one cup of green tea extract is theequivalent to at least 15 cups of the strongest brewed green tea with NO calories and NO caffeine.
