Should you exercise while watching TV?

One of the most common excuses for not exercising is "I don't have time to exercise."

How do I know?  Well, I used to say that too.  If you are like me running after the clock and not having enough time to go daily to the gym, you can always exercise while watching your favorite TV Show.

Instead of just sitting in front of the TV while munching or just doing nothing, you can always profit and do some exercises.

Here I am doing my ABS BALL EXERCISES with my  fitness ball while watching the Australian Open Tennis Tournament .  

I get highly motivated when seeing my fitness role model Rafael Nadal play tennis.   Match is about 1 hour and a half because they have to win 3 sets. Thus, I am calculating to do 30 minutes cardio with the gazzelle.

Since today its my "Get flat stomach day," I am also doing some abs ball exercise to tighten my abdominal muscles.

Benefit of doing exercise while watching your favorite show is that time goes fast and you don't feel the exercises as a burden, but you actually enjoy doing your exercises.  

After my exercises, I will have my protein shake.
