Reward Youself when Losing weight

 Are you rewarding yourself for losing weight?  I hope so.

One way to motivate yourself is to celebrate every single progress you make with your weight loss program.

For example, here I am knitting a blue scarf to celebrate my "abs exercise improvements."  I also bought a new dress and made  a toast with a red glass of wine.


Ideas to reward your weight loss progress:

-  Going out to the movies
-  Buying new clothes
-  Makeover
-  Buying some candles
-  Special lunch or dinner
-  Going out dancing
-  Small trip
-  New book recipes
-  Watch your favorite show
-  Shorten your exercise routine or skip it for a day.
