I am so happy to share with you my "Weight Loss Journal."  My goal in 2007 was to improve my abs.  Did I succeed?  Yes.

Here I am with my friends Lizbeth and Alice at the Granada Pavilion Ballroom Dancing. 

I still have to work on my abs.  I will prepare this week my abs exercise routine to flatten my stomach.

How are you doing with your Weight Loss Program?  I look forward to hear from you and motivate each other to accomplish our ideal weight without starving.  Adopting a healthier lifestyle is your best choice.
