Preparing for my Christmas Ballroom Dancing

How are you??  It's Friday, time to prepare for my Christmas Ballroom Dancing Party. 

I prepared an energizer lunch to have enough carbs and dance to my heart's content tomorrow Saturday. 

- Spaghetti all'olio, aglio, e pepperoncino with fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil.

- Mixed green salad with my homemade vinaigrette (lemon, extra virgin olive oil, pepper, fresh herbs, salt).

- Hot green tea with peppermint sweeten with a cane candy to keep the holidays feeling.

- Crostini with herbs.

- Protein shake.

Later, time to do my weightlifting training and still working on my abs.  I have not decided what to wear. Maybe I will pick a red dress with long veils.

How are you doing with your weight loss program?

    Exactly, what are you doing to lose weight?

    You can lose weight by Summer, but you must have a detailed weight loss plan and keep your daily weight loss journal. Look forward to hear from you.
