Are You Keeping Your Weight Loss Plan During the Holidays or Losing Control?

           HAPPY BREAKFAST WEIGHT LOSS MAINTENANCE HOLIDAYS
                             How are you doing with your weight loss maintenance during these holidays?
                  I have been carefully planning and following my Daily Weight Loss Journal to make sure
                                              I won't sabotage all the great accomplishments. 
 
                                         How are you keeping control with your weight loss plan?  
                     My main advise is not to skip breakfast. Believe me, it will help you curb your appetitte
                                         and not overeat when "lunch" starts knocking at your door.
             
              

                 I prepared a nice "Holiday Breakfast to be with my family" without jeopardizing my weight loss
               maintenance. 

                        I prepared my traditional Italian Cappuccino, a ginger cake with fresh mint.
                      Baked pears with honey and oatmeals crusty topping, scrambled eggs, and
                           a hot fennel seed to keep avoid bloated stomach feeling.
