Balanced Breakfast to Avoid Cravings and Overeating During the Holidays

Good morning!

How are you doing with your weight loss program? 

Holidays are great and it is the perfect occasion to keep track of your weight loss plan.

Keeping your daily journal will help you keep focused.

You can start a balanced breakfast to avoid being hungry and overeating.

For example:

- 1 cup of yogurt (protein)
- Wheat bread or grain (carbs)
- Fresh fruit
- Oatmeal with milk (fiber/protein)
- Green tea
- Raisins

I am controlling my meals and exercises. Too many Holidays party celebration might add extra calories. So, do not forget to exercise and make healthy food choices.
