30 minutes Cardio Exercising in the Gazzelle while Watching the Shangai Masters Tennis Match Rafael Nadal - David Ferrer
By Anna O.

How not being motivated to do my cardio exercises
when seeing the perfect FITNESS level of Spanish Tennis
player Rafael Nadal?
So many times people tell me, "Anna, I don't have time to exercise." Let me tell you, if you really want to lose weight and be healthy, you can make time to do at least 10 minutes of exercises. Is that too much?
I remember when I was over 230 pounds and finding all kind of excuses for not exercising.
Today, I avoid finding excuses and just make time to exercise.
For example, today, since I have a busy schedule, I recorded the Shangai Master Match of Rafael Nadal v. David Ferrer.
I calculated to do at least 30 minutes cardio while watching the match, and boy... let me tell you., just seeing my fitness role model motivator RAFAEL NADAL playing tennis make me jump from being a couch potato.
Too bad, Nadal lost today, but has another chance to beat Novak Djokovic and pass to semifinals. Still, I managed to do my 40 minutes cardio exercise at a high intensity when seeing NADAL losing! Even if he is winning, I still get motivated enough to do a high intensity workout.
What is your best time to exercise? Do you maximize your television time and do some exercise too, or the exercise is just cliclking the remote control?
