Following Up with My Ballroom Dancing Cardio Exercise to BURN Stored Fat and Boost My Metabolism

By Anna O.

What an excellent Saturday Night Ballroom Dancing!

I am reaching my fitness goal:  Finally, I could wear my pink mini skirt with a shaky belt!
It took me about 1 month to tone my abs, reduce my waistline, and shaping up my arms.
So, here I am my dear weight loss friends!

Would you believe that once I was over 230 pounds?????
Here I am dancing a RUMBA at the Saturday Night Ballroom Dancing in Granada Pavilion
hosted by Leon & Biba Imbault.

In this step (photo), I am about to do a split.

I also danced a sexy rumba with my friend Rodolfo, but I don't have a photo. However, wanted to tell you
that dancing that rumba helped me realized the benefits of all the exercises I've been doing,
such as stretching, flexibility, and stability.

I am still working on getting "my flat abs."  Gee.... but it takes long...  it is the last and hardest part to tone.

Today, Sunday, it was a sweet and sour day because my fitness role model tennis player Rafael Nadal lost
the Paris Masters Final against another of my favorite players David Nalbandian.
This is why it was a sweet and sour.  Happy for Nalbandian, but sad for Nadal.

So, will keep you posted about my results.
How are you doing with your weight loss program?

Congratulations Anna for succeeding wearing your mini skirt. It is incredible to picture as 230 pounds seeing you with this outfit and how flexible you are. Are you doing yoga too?
