A Quick Healthy Balanced Breakfast to Boost Your Metabolism

Good morning my weight loss friends.

How about sharing a simple balanced healthy breakfast menu to maximize your weight loss program and boost your metabolism to burn calories throughout the day?

This is what I suggest:

-  1 cup of low fat yogurt
(provides about 15 gr. protein and live
   culture bacteria  to improve your
   digestion system and eliminate bloated
   stomach)  or you can have
   your  Protein Shake

  • Protein  creates a thermic effect and will slightly boost your metabolism. Protein, especially in the morning,  gives your body a bigger metabolic boost than eating carbohydrates or fats alone. Plus, eating  enough protein will ensure you’ll maintain and build lean muscles.  This is why recommend having your Protein Shake handy.

  • -  I added an almond cookie to dip with my yogurt.

    - 3 Dates to satisfy your sweet tooth, fiber.
for fiber also added some raisins.

    - Few fresh peppermint leaves to refresh your breathe and
      soothe your stomach.

    - A fresh fruit, here I have a banana

    - My favorite morning breakfast is my home made Cappuccino.

    - Fresh fruit juice or vegetable juice. Here, I have my carrot juice to take with my vitamins.

    Suggestions for protein:

If you are in a rush or just don't feel like preparing a complete breakfast.
I suggest you have your  Protein Shake.  You can have this protein shake fortified with 15 essential vitamins and minerals along with the Aminogen plant enzyme complex which has been shown to increase digestibility by 40% while eliminating gas and bloating.

I also recommend it for snacks. Remember to boost your metabolism, it is better to eat every 3 hours to burn stored fat and keep lean muscles.

I prepare my yogurt with Splenda and top with fresh fruits. I have coffee or oatmeals. I like your chocolate dropping cup.
