3 Quick and Effective Exercises to tone chest, tone arms, flabby triceps, and flat stomach
By Anna O.
These 3 quick, simple, yet effective exercises are excellent to
a. Tone your chest for a firmer look
b. Define your arms
c. Improve your "flabby arms and jiggle underarms tricep"
d. Tone your biceps/triceps
e. Works your abs muscles too for a tighter look, especially upper abs.
First Exercise:
Lie down on the floor and hold a 1 pound or 5 five pound dumbbell (depending on your resistance) and
imitate a butterfly movement.
HINT: If you don't have dumbbells, use canned vegetables or bottle water.
You will open arms as seeing in the right photo,
then SLOWLY to create arm and chest tension bring
them to a close position in front of you.
a. One variation to tone your chest will be holding the dumbbells and lifting the arms just about 2 inches from the floor as you can see in the right photo. You will feel immediately the tension on your chest and how you tight muscles.
These 2 exercises are to tone the FLABBY UNDERARMS / TRICEPS, as well as toning your biceps, chest and abs.
Lie down on the floor, use free dumbbell weighs.
a. Left photo - Straigthen your arms using your dumbbells
Lift and go down......
b. Right photo - Continuing after your exercise from left photo. You can follow this one.
Lift arms and then bend your elbows to bring your arm over your head to touch the floor.
Hold the position, feeling the tension in your triceps, chest, and abs. Repeat this exercise
15 times or less depending on your resistance.
HINT: You can do these exercises while watching your TV programs. I usually do them while
watching a tennis match -- especially if it is Rafael Nadal, or my soccer games from my
favorite team AC Milan.
