Quick Healthy Recipe "Basmati Rice and Scrambled Eggs" for Energy and Lean Muscle

Running out of time to cook an entire meal?

Here is a balanced carbs-protein quick recipe: Plain Basmati Rice with Scrambled Eggs.  

Today, I am just running out of time. So, I opted for this quick, yet nutritious lunch. 

- Basmati rice (or your favorite plain rice) mix with scrambled eggs will give your body necessary carbs (rice) to use as fuel and protein (eggs) to keep you satisfied, full, lean muscles and burn more calories. (Digesting protein require more calorie burning).

-  I added some green Sicilian olives

-  A mixed green salad

-  1 cup fresh pineapple chunks.

-  My  green tea with fresh peppermint leaves to boost my metabolism and burn stored fat. 

Since I am going out ballroom dancing tonight, I had to have carbs to keep my energy level while dancing.  I did not included any wine after meal.  I will have a glass of wine for dinner.
