You Can Do Your Abs and Arm Exercise while watching your TV Show.

By Anna O.

Were you thinking you have no time for exercise at least 15 minutes a day?

A good way to maximize your TV show time is by adding a basic exercise routine to tone your muscles, arms, legs, and abs.

For example, today I watched the Tennis match between my fitness motivation Rafael Nadal and David Nalbandian. Hey, every time I see how FIT Nadal is, I just get motivated to pursue my weight loss maintenance and workout exercise.

You know these tennis matches usually take about a hour, if not more. Therefore, I prepared my basic arm exercise routine to tone my triceps.

I did about 25 minutes arm exercise routine --easy going - to enjoy the match.

Nevertheless, I was sad because NADAL lost!  I wasn't that upset because I also like Nalbandian. Yet, I was not expecting a Nadal's defeat before reaching semifinals. Now, semifinal will be Nalbandian-Djokovic (I go for Nalbandian).

After, having lunch, I continued with my job.

Here you will see a quick balanced lunch:

 - Protein shake (did not have enough time to cook a chicken breast),

 - Pasta with tomato sauce,

 - Mixed green salad with leeks to detoxify and flush toxins,

 - Fresh green apple,

 - My glass of red wine, and

 - Italian espresso.

You see, you can do a similar routine.

Whether you watch news, soap opera, movies, and so on.... you can make time to do your basic exercise routine.
