20 gr. Protein Grilled Beef Patty with Mediterranean seasoning with Cucumbers, Carrots and Pita Bread

In the morning, I did my 30 minutes cardio to start my wokring day.

-  According to my weekly menu, for lunch, I prepared this grilled beef patty (20 grm protein).
 
-  1 Pita bread (carbs)

-  Low fat yogurt as dip for my cucumbers and carrots.

- My detoxifier cup of soup.

- Fresh fruits.

- No wine today, but I had cold drink tea.

I will check tomorrow my abs exercise routine and see whether I improved or not.

How are you doing with your weight loss plan.
