Healthy Dinner to Maximize Your Belly Fat Diet Program

Hello My Weight Loss Friends,

How are you? I hope you are doing fine with your weight loss plan.

As you know, this week my target is "BURN BELLY FAT and WORK ON MY ABS EXERCISE ROUTINE."

For this purpose, my menu consists of higher protein than carbs.

People thinking that CARBS are the enemy, let me tell you that this is not true.

A balanced menu is what you need to succeed with your weight loss diet withoug feeling tired or hungry.

Carbs are like the gasoline for our body.  This is why many dieters feel tired without energy.

For dinner, I had the following:

- A Chicken grilled sandwich (20 grm protein)

- My detoxifier soup with lemon

- Fresh pears with peppermint and cherries.

- My glass of red wine

- Top with my Italian espresso

However, if you are concerned about eating too much carbs and you dont want to sabotage your weight loss efforts, you might try this nutritional supplement to help you enjoy your extra carbs. It neutralizes up to 75 grams of carbs per tablet.  You can also combine your meals with your Whey Protein drink

It is always useful to have your protein supplements handy, especially when being in a rush or not having enough time to sit down and have a a regular meal.  Protein shake will give you 80 calories and 20 gr of protein.

Anna that looks delicious and you still amazed me how you lost those 80 pounds and still eating regular meals. Are pears baked or fresh? I assume the little boxes are your vitamins?

Hey Mary this is why I don't call my program a diet because I enjoy eating without starving. Yet, I managed not only to lose weight but keeping the weight off and eating every 3 hours.

Pears here are fresh, usually I baked them to create that caramel sweet caused by the pear juice. Yes, the clear container has my weekly nutritional supplements. I make sure to have them handy to take after meals. Do you have an easy pear recipe?
