Follow UP with my Abs Exercise Workout and Healthy Recipe to Get Rid of Stored Fat

 
Hello friends!

Yesterday, I completed my abs exercise routine.

My Lunch recipe:
I  made a grilled beef patty with cumin, fennel seed and
Italian herbs seasoning to help me deflate my bloated tummy and maximize my abdominal exercises.

Lunch:
Grilled burger patty (20 gr protein)
Basmati rice with fennel, ginger, tomato.
Carrots
Fresh slices of tomato
Fresh basil

Desert
Low fat yogurt with fennel seeds, peppermint leaves.

My Glass of red wine

Finished with my Italian espresso.
