Abs workout and abs diet weight loss goal for this week
It's Monday, October 15.
Time to prepare my weekly weight loss maintenance plan, including workout routine and healthy recipes to et rid of stored fat to tone my body and flush body toxins. Therefore, I will apply my tips on how to get flat abs
My target this week will be working out with emphasis on my abs:
- A. abs diet healthy recipes to get rid of abdominal bloating and lose abdominal fat, losing abdominal fat
- B. abs workout to work my muscles abs, lower abs workout, organize my best abs workout for effective abdominal workout Get Flat Abs by Working on your abs muscles at least 2 days per week
- C. check abs exercises to get my sexy abs, abdominal exercise to get tight abs, and doing some abdominal exercise ball like abdominal stretch and crunches. Crunches are easier with the exercise ball.
- D. apply my tips on how to get flat abs without causing pain.
- E. Make sure I have my nutritional supplements to maximize my abdominal workout program.
Since I am a big soccer fan, I usually get tips from footballers workout. For this week, my abs workout routine inspiration will be AS Roma captain Francesco Totti. By the way, my arm routine workout motivation is Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal, my top inspiration on fitness. Sure, as a great AC Milan fan, my general cardio workout motivation are my beloved rossoneri Milan players.

I already got rid of 80 pounds of unwanted fat. Now, it is time to tone, tight abs.

As part of my abs diet healthy recipe, I started with the following breakfast to set my metabolism to flush toxins and burn fat.
A. fresh grapefruit
B. plain low fat yogurt for my morning protein and help me deflate my bloated stomach with healthy cultured bacteria. I also added some fresh peppermint for easy digestion and flavor along with grapes.
C. prepared my fresh apple juice with ginger. Ginger is one of the most effective home remedy for bloated stomach and get rid of gas.
D. my pick me up cappuccino.
Suggested nutritional supplements:

Thanks Anna, I tried the apple juice with ginger, a great tip for my bloated tummy. How often do you drink it? Surprised me to see how you followed your abs exercises associating with soccer that was good and it shows is working for you. My motivation is to buy new tops.

Mary so glad you are finding my healthy recipe helpful, you made my day! I love motivating others with their weight loss program because I went through the whole "yo yo dieting" and understand how one feels when trying to lose weight. Drink your apple juice with ginger at least 3 times a day, ideally, mix pineapple with ginger. So are you buying new tops? I continue watching my soccer matches and exercising while watching the match. You go girl!
