Do you feel like having an ice cream but don't want to break your diet?

Hello friends!

A funny thing happened to me today at the 99 cents store. I met Jackie who was talking about not being into "low fat" or "sugar free" things while she was packing more than 10 boxes of regular Chocolate almond vanilla icream.

You know me, I heard the comment and immediately we exchanged views. We had a blast!

Hey, and we were just plain strangers but sharing a common "liking" for ice cream at the same time conscious about our weight.

I told her how I lost 80 pounds from 230 pounds,  and still enjoying eating my favorite foods. She was surprised when I told her that I eat every 3 hours and still keeping the pounds away.

So, I had 2 boxes of that regular Bryers Chocolate Almonds bars. As long as I don't go overboard it's ok to enjoy a regular delicious icream to satisfy your sweet tooth. Sure, I do get the low fat, and also sugar free.

I had the ice cream as a reward because I did my weight lifting routine and cardio exercises during the week. By the way.. ice cream was delicious!
