Burning Calories and Practicing Dancing Steps at the Granada Pavilions

Hello My Friends!

How are you doing with your Weight Loss Plan?


I had a great week because I completed my weight loss maintenance plan.

    a.  Did my 4 days cardio exercises for 30 minutes
    b.  Practice one section "JIVE" of Dancing with the Stars Cardio Dance DVD
    c.  Did my 3 days of "abdominal exercises"
    d.  Prepared my weekly menu
    e.  I went ballroom dancing at the Granada Pavilion on Saturday.




Here I am at the Granada Pavilion Ballroom Dancing having a blast!

My challenge for this week is to work on my abs because I want to wear a nice outfit
and naturally, flabby abs or love handles won't go.... So, I will let you know how I do.
