My Cardio workout for 30 minutes and Lunch menu to increase my energy level

Hello Friends,

I did my 30 minutes cardio in the gazzelle to burn general body fat. Burning stored body fat helps get rid of abdominal fat too. This is why a cardio workout is important to get rid of belly fat.

After my cardio workout, I prepared my lunch thinking ahead of my Saturday ballroom dancing.

Since dancing requires much energy, I made sure I had enough carbs to help me endure all evening.

Ballroom dancing is my best cardio exercise and toning, especially dancing the JIVE and merengue.

On Saturdays, I usually dance 2 hours. Hey, not straight 2 hours. I mean I go to the Granada Pavilion and general dancing is from 7:30 - 11:30 p.m.

So, I organize my dancing and try to dance all the fastest rhthym to increase my heart rate and boost my metabolism.

I use slow dancing such as rumba, for stretching and improving stability.

This is why combining a balanced meal is crucial for every dieter or weight maintenance.

I make sure to include protein, fiber, carbs.

My lunch was a grilled chicken breast (protein), pasta al pomodoro con basilico (carbs), mango slices with peppermint, bruschetta with tomatoes and basil. Top .... my red glass of wine. I have a green tea to help me improve my digestion and boost my metabolism. You can have a regular green tea or have a supplementary green tea without caffeine like this one.

Anna what I like about your weight loss program is that you do eat regular food including pasta, that surprises me because many diets have "bird portion size" and eliminate pasta. You I see eat pasta often and still lose weight, that is great.
