My Arm Exercise Strengthening Routine and Basmati Rice, Beef Patty with Cumin and Italian Herb Seasoning, Egg, Salad

Hello Friends,

Today, I will do my arm exercise routine to improve  Flabby Under Arm with this Dumbbell Kickback Tricep Exercise

Here is also the same menu with two options to please your taste.

You know that we need to consume a balanced meal to keep up our metabolism. A balanced menu includes protein, carbs, fiber.

Yesterday, I prepared this "Basmati, beef patty with cumin and italian seasoning herbs" for my after cardio workout exercise. 
I had the second option.

The first option has less protein. The                          This second option has about 30 gram of protein.
patty is about 20 gr. protein                                     Beef with cumin and italian herb seasoning 20 gr. protein
Plain basmati rice (carbs)                                          1 egg (6gr. protein)
Fresh tomatos slices with celery sticks                      Tomatos, onion and lemon  
        

 Another great way to boost your metabolism and set it for maximum calorie burning will be to drink green tea.Get your cup of green tea first thing in the morning, mid morning, and prior to workout. Besides, it will help you get rid of toxins.

If you don't feel like drinking many cups of green tea, I suggest you can get this Green tea extract, which is the equivalent to at least 15 cups of the strongest brewed green tea with NO calories or caffeine.

      You are doing the right thing by starting walking and eating healthier. From 120 pounds to 195, what is your ideal weight? You can lose stored fat by being more active and if you are not into dancing, you can do any physical activity routine like walking, jogging, swimming, the more active you are the better your body will react to burn stored fat.

      I look forward to hear from you. Try to eat every 3 hours healthy choices making sure you have protein in all your meals to help your metabolism melt pounds and keeping lean muscles.
