A Healthy Balanced Recipe: Basmati Rice with Mango Slices, Chicken Breast, and Green Salad

Hello my Weight Loss Friends,

How about a quick healthy recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth without extra empty calories?

Here is a balanced meal to give you energy, protein, carbs, and fiber:

- Preprea a plain Basmati rice

- On top serve with fresh mango slices or the (canned)

- Sprinkle the top with raw almonds

- You can sprinke some raisins too.

- Side dish with a grilled chicken breast

- Your Mixed green salad with fresh tomatos

- Your favorite wine or herbal juice

- End with a nice cup of espresso or
your favorite herbal tea. Ideally, peppermint tea or fennel tea to help your digestion.

    Anna I tried this recipe but instead of almonds i added walnuts. It tasted good, give it a try. I liked the combinationa of basmati and mango.
