Quick Healthy Chicken Lunch or Dinner

Here is a quick. easy, and delicious well balanced lunch.  You have protein, fiber, and carbs.

- Grilled chicken or fajita types.

- Side dish of pasta mixed with almonds, arugula or spinach, add tomatoes, few shredded carrots.

-Season with herbs seasoning.  You may add to your pasta vegetable salad lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

- Optional (if you are not full, add a pita bread)

- For dessert, fresh chunks of mango with peppermint.

- To help you deflate your stomach, have a side dish of fennel with balsamic vinegar.

- You may have your glass of wine.
 
- Finish with your espresso or favorite hot tea.
