Eat several healthy mini meals during the day.
Instead of having 2 regular big meals (lunch and dinner). Try to have several healthy mini meals throughout the day. Ideally, to boost your metabolism to burn fat, you can eat every 3 hours.
Here is the logic, if you eat fewer calories than you burn, you will lose weight. However, when you're hungry all the time, the problem is how to eat fewer calories.
This is why eating every 3 hours will help you feel satisfied and avoid overeating for lunch or dinner.
Studies show people who eat 4-5 mini meals or snacks per day control their appetite and weight much better.
Try to include some protein in every meal to help you burn more calories and keep a lean body. Digesting protein demands more calories.
For example, a lunch might be a regular portion of pasta, with your green salad (add some eggs for protein) or have a protein shake or a breast chicken.
Here I have my regular red wine and for dessert fruits.
You can have your lunch, and then after 3 hours, you can have a small snack, such as: yogurt, cheese, fruits, low calorie ice cream, something light.
