Start by focusing on getting the recommended 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables each day.
It might sound like a lot of fuits to eat. Think for a moment. You can either eat raw fresh fruits, add in salads, or have a fresh fruit juice.
In my case, I combine both. For example, you can make fresh carrot juice and add some oranges. Believe me, it is a great combination and taste good.
Fruits and vegetables help you craves less for empty sugary calories.
DIETING TIPS:
a. If you don't like to eat raw vegetables by themselves, then, you can add to your meals. For example, pasta with broccoli, rice with mixed vegetables, vegetable soup, etc.
b. Use seasonal vegetables, prepare stir fries.
