Ok, I know you want to lose weight, and I strongly support you.
However, do not try to lose weight rapidly because you may just gain it back quickly too. Instead, you can expect to lose between 1-3 pounds per week. Setting your weight loss unrealistically, will only discourage you if not reaching that "unrealistic weight loss goal."
Naturally, if you are starting your diet today, then you will be losing more because you will lose mostly water. The point is to lose weight gradually while eating healthy to keep the weight off.
