How You Can Lose Weight Now

If you are exercising, eating healthy --yet not losing weight-- maybe it is because you are not sleeping enough.

Weight Loss Problem - Not losing weight

Studies indicate that lack of sleep leads to obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease stroke and diabetes.

Moreover, lack of sleep could sabotage your weight loss efforts and increase the levels of the hormones associated with appetite and eating behaviour.

For example, leptin is the hormone that tells the brain there is no need for more food and ghrelin is the hormone that triggers hunger.

There is no wonder why you feel crazy cravings.

Weight Loss Solution - Sleep More

Sleeping enough hours will help you lose weight because it will stabilize your mood and levels of the hormones controlling appetite and eating behavior.  Sleeping help you restore your body functions. Ideally, you need to sleep between 6-8 hours.

If finding it hard to sleep, I suggest you take a chamomile tea or any soothening herbal tea to help you sleep and dream with your new figure.

Also, if you are sleepy during the day, take a quick nap because your body is telling you, "hey, help me out, I am tired and need to sleep to help you lose weight."

Simply put, controlling your "Ghrelin," which is the hunger hormone, will help you lose weight. Hence, if you continue with your exercises, eating healthy, and sleeping enough, you will lose those unwanted pounds.
