Quick and Easy Recipe: Fresh Pineapple Fruit Salad to Lose Weight

Ingredients:

-  1 fresh pineapple
-  fresh seedless grapes (red or green)
-  1 mango
-  Strawberries
-  Fresh mint

Dieting Tip: You can add your favorite fresh fruits too.

Preparation:

Carve your fresh pineapple and chunk small chunks,
Mix in a big bow all  fresh fruits (small chunk pieces) 
Add fresh pineapple juice to keep it smooth.
Then, fill your pineapple with the fruit mix.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves or parsley.

You can have the main pineapple as a
pineapple centerpiece, and serve in cups
or from the same pineapple instead of using it as a centerpiece.
