Flabby and Jiggle Arm Solution - What you need
You need only a pair of 2 pounds dumbbell, or 5 pounds dumbbell.
Dumbbell Kickback Technique
Beginner - 2 sets of 10-15 repetition each arm
Intermediate - 3 sets of 15-20 repetition each arm
Advanced - 2 sets of 15-20 repetition each arm.
1 set of 10 repetition holding each kickback for few seconds
Option: Either do this dumbbell kickbak using a flat bench, or without.
1. Start by standing next to a flat bench or a table
2. Grasp a dumbbell with your right arm and press your arm against your side,
3. Bend forward from the hips, elbows bent at 90-degree angles.
Support yourself by placing your left hand on the bench/table.

4. Palm facing your body, bend the right arm and raise your elbow past the torso
to do the KICKBACK by straightening your arm until it is parallel with the floor.
Hold this position for a second to create muscle tension.

5. Reverse direction, slowly return the arm to original position.
6. Repeat with opposite arm.
- You can do 1 set with one arm first, and then the other.
