My Weight Loss Cardio Workout to Burn Fat

Time again to prepare my Weekly Weight Loss Cardio Workout.
My fitness training this week is:
- At least 4 days cardio exercise in the gazzelle 45 minutes
- Arm exercise workout every 2 day
- My how to get a flat stomach workout every 2 days
- Also, as part of my cardio fitness,
a. 2 days practice the Jive section of Dancing with the Stars Cardio Dance to burn calories, boost my metabolism to burn fat, and increase resistance for Saturday Ballroom Dancing.
b. 1 day Zumba dance to burn calories and help me with my
lower body exercise routine, especially working the
midsection, the abs, obliques.
As far as nutrition, I will continue with my detoxification program to cleanse my body from toxins and flush unwanted fat.
What is your weekly fitness program?
By the way, I am so happy because Italian Serie A starts this
Satuday, August 25. I cheer for AC MILAN!

Are you ready to lose weight now? This is the question.



Weight Loss Cardio workout accomplished!
- I did 45 minutes cardio exercise in the Gazelle. (1.6 miles)
- Finished my Arm exercise routine, emphasizing the triceps.
.... tomorrow, hopefully early morning, I am planning to do my cardio dance section of the Dancing with the Star DVD. I will practice the Jive.

- I could not do the cardio dance of the Dancing with the Star DVD.
I will try to do it tomorrow morning before starting working.
- I did finish my weight training workout for my abs exercise.
.... so... it was a 50/50.

- I did 45 min. in the gazzelle (elliptical) hip hip hurrah!
- Finished my upper body weight training with dumbbells. Hip hip hurrah!
- Again, I could not do the cardio dance...
it is hard to do it in the morning before starting the regular day... so i will try tomorrow again..

Finally I did the JIVE section of the Dancing with the Stars Cardio Dance!
Hip hip hurrah!!!!
Today no WEIGHTS... it was resting time for my muscles to recover to get those toned arms and abs!
