My Ballroom Cardio Exercise Routine for Burning Calories
It's time to prepare for my home exercise Cardio Ballroom Dancing to burn calories and lose fat (burning 3500 calories will lose 1 pound of stored fat).
As part of my fitness program for weight loss, I will do the JIVE section of the Ballroom Dancing DVD: Dancing with the Stars Cardio Dance .
This high intenstiy workout really makes me burn calories and sweat like crazy with the combination moves of the Lindy and Swing.
For me, one of the most effective exercise to lose weight is dancing a fast Jive.
Though, I am not at a top fitness level like Maksim Chmerkovskiy,
I am getting there, melting pounds and toning my abs.
Maksim has so much energy, and I get tired trying to follow his kicks routine.
Not complaining at all, on the contrary, it is excellent because I burn more body fat.
For my weight loss goal, I need to keep dancing the JIVE to boost my metabolism, help me burn fat, especially belly fat to get rid of my bloated stomach.
So far, I notice great abs improvement and my legs feel stronger.
Well, let me go and enjoy my cardio workout routine!

I bought the Dancing with the Stars Cardio Dance too because I love dancing and being about 56 pounds overweight, not that easy to compete with Maksim energy. I want to learn the jive but for my level right now I stick to the cha cha cha.

Great you bought the Dancing with the Stars DVD. It is great to burn calories, melt fat, toning, a great workout routine. You have low impact, medium intensity, and high impact. I emphasize more the JIVE because helps me to burn more fat to get rid of my bloated belly and I want to get rid of stomach fat.
The cha cha cha is wonderful. It is the most complete of the DVD. I love it for my abs exercise workout. . So, Jackie, how do you get a flat stomach? Dancing cha cha is the best abdominal muscle exercises. You move your entire stomach, obliques, abs. Keep dancing the cha cha cha, gradually try the JIVE. Just like you, I am still trying to cope with Maksim's energy.
