Weight Loss Motivation: My Burning Fat and Burning Calories Day

It's BURNING FAT and BURNING CALORIES day!
Burning calories will help me get rid of stored fat and get a flat stomach alla Rafael Nadal.
Therefore, I might run again in the elliptical to release tension.
I usually burn between 500-700 calories running for 1 hour.
So, if I make my calculation, I can get rid of 1 pound of fat by burning 3500 calories during the week. Burning general body fat will help me toward my weight loss goal: Get a flat belly and no longer a big stomach.
My favorite tennis player RAFAEL NADAL plays today with Marat Safin, another of my favorites, at the Rogers Masters on ATP Masters Series.
I love watching tennis, especially if Nadal plays.
Hey, i t will be a tough match. VAMOS RAFA.
I get so nervous that to release tension I have to be active.
Hence, I maximize my TV tennis watching time by exercising at the same time. This is why today is my BURNING FAT AND BURNING CALORIES day!
The elliptical is just waiting for me to boost my metabolism. It will help me burn calories to get rid of stored fat, that unwanted fat around my belly.
By the way, I took this huge bus tour photo during the Countrywide Classic at the Los Angeles Tennis Center-UCLA in Westwood, California. Nadal and Federer are my 2 favorite tennis players. I admire Federer analytical thinking while playing.
I went to see the match of James Blake v. Vincent Spadea; and Russian Marat Safin v. Hyung-Taik Lee of Korea.
Back to my Burning Fat and Burning Calories Day ...
- Today, I did some stretching exercises.
- Yesterday, I did my weight training exercise for my upper body and arm
exercise routine.
Nadal inspires me to work hard with my upper body, especially toning my arms. I am working on my triceps to get rid of flabby arms. This was my basic weight training for my arm exercise workout:
a. TRICEPS OVERHEAD STRETCH 2-4 sets of 15-20 repetitions
b. TRICEPS BENCH DIPS (this is one of the most effective,
similar to “Seated bench dip” at the gym
c. SEATED ONE-ARM - Dumbbell extension 2-4 sets
d. TWO- ARM Press with dumbbells (2-4-sets)
e. DUMBBELL KICKBACK (most effective for toning triceps)
f. Flat Dumbbell butterfly (this is the most complete arm chest
exercise. For me, it is the best chest exercise workout.
Not only targets arms, but also chest, shoulder, triceps, under
arms, biceps.
Nadal has great toned arms! Not that I want to have a muscular bicep like Nadal, but a feminine toned biceps and triceps.
I think Rafael Nadal is the best fit sport athlete that I have seen. This is why I admire his fitness commitment and he serves as my fitness weight traning motivation, especially for my arms weight training.
I wonder what is his arms weight training routine.
I will review my arm exercise routine next week.
I want to get the best arm exercise workout to tone my upper arm, especially under arm exercise.

- Italian pasta "Penne al pomodoro con basilico e Parmigiano Reggiano."
- Una insalata caprese.
- Fresh Fruits
- My glass of wine "Chianti classico." An espresso.

PS: By the way, Roger Federer won today 7-6, 7-6. I like him too, he is my second option after RAFAEL NADAL.

Did I burn calories or what!!!!!
Gee.. how I suffered during the first set! It was a tight set. I had to run again for another 45 minutes on the elliptical to release my tension. I did 1.5 miles!
I did a 20-minute running early in the morning as part of my exercise routine. But I could not remain sit, just watching the game... and could not do weights because I did that yesterday. So, my best option was cardio exercise while watching the match between NADAL - SAFIN.
Thanks God Rafael Nadal, who was the the 2005 Montreal champion, survived two sets points against Marat Safin. 7-6(4), 6-0.
I was happy seeing Safin improving his game, yet, I was cheering for NADAL.
The second set was PURE NADAL.... an oustanding victory 6-0!
On the other hand, Roger Federer, defending champion, had a not so easy victory. He faced 2 tie breaks a 7-6 (7-2), 7-6 (7-3) victory over Croatian Ivo Karlovic.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY FEDERER!!!!
He is now 26 year younger.
Tomorrow is tension againnnnn
Nadal will take on Frenchman Paul-Henri Mathieu in the third round. Mathieu defeated today Mario Ancic 6-3-6-2.

Hey Anna great workout and love your photos. As for tennis, not that big fan but prefer Andy Roddick. I like soccer more than tennis.. Juventus! Good luck with your Nadal's triceps dumbbell kickbacks are great to tone your triceps.

You are right. Dumbbell kickbacks are great for my triceps. I notice the muscle tension.
What a surprise finding a JUVENTUS fan here. I cheer for AC MILAN.
I also like "la vecchia signora" especially Alessandro del Piero and Gigi Buffon.
By the way, I also like Andy Roddick. Yet, Rafael Nadal is my favorite tennis player and my workout exercise motivation to tone my arms.
