45 minutes Cardio Exercise Watching Television
I am ready to start my 45 minutes cardio exercise to burn fat!
I had a well-balanced breakfast
- coffee (caffe latte)
- 2 scrambled eggs with a pita bread
- 2 fresh fruits (nectarines)
- a slice of Monterrey cheese
- (early morning I had my lemon tea to speed up my metabolism and digestion system)
Since I want to maximize my time, I coordinated both activities: my cardio exercise and watching the tennis match of James Blake v. Jurgen Melzer.
Yesterday, I ran only 30 minutes. Today, I am increasing to 45 minutes cardio because it is my weight training day too.
So, cardio will be during James Blake match, and my arms exercises (weights/strength) will be during Djokovic match.
By the way, last month, I had the pleasure of having seen James Blake match here in UCLA (Blake v. Vincent Spadea), but the second match Marat Safin v Hyung-Taik Lee ... it was bad because SAFIN lost!
Good thing, I will be done by the time I watch the match of FERNANDO GONZALEZ, another of my favorites.

Done with my 45 minutes cardio exercise and weights!
I had my protein shake, water, and enjoy the frist 2 tennis match... Sadly, Gonzalez lost!
