30 minutes cardio exercise with the Gazzelle
I did my 30 minutes cardio exercise with the Gazzelle while watching the Rogers Masters tournament.
I watched the match of David Nalbandian vs. Alejandro Falla.
My Cardio Exercise Routine- 2 minutes warm up
- 5 minutes low intensity speed
- 5 minutes high intensity speed (cheering for Nalbandian gave me the energy to run fast)
- 5 minutes low intensity speed
- 5 minutes high intensity speed
- 5 minutes medium intensity speed
- 3 minutes cool down -
Total 30 minutes, 1 mile
Thanks God Nalbandian won 6-4, 6-3.
By the way, I noticed Nalbandian lost some pounds. Good! Now, he needs to improve his game and ranking.
Other good news was the victory of Lleytown Hewitt. He is one of my favorites. Come on! Hewitt def. Juan Carlos Ferrero 7-6 (7-5), 6-4.
The bad news was Guillermo Canas defeat! Incredible... he was winning the first set, and the second 4-1, then Mathieu made the "rimonta" and won the match! Just incredible. Paul Henri Mathieu def. Canas 4-6, 7-5, 6-0.
Well, after my cardio workout and stretching.... a well-deserved Protein Shake to help my muscles recover without a bloated feeling.
... well... I better go and prepare my exercise routine to watch RAFAEL NADAL's match.
Nadal is my favorite Tennis player, then Roger Federer.
