Do you have a good tricep exercise?

I am trying to tone my TRICEPS and have been doing some arm exercises every 2 days.  It targets biceps, triceps, and shoulders.

It seems triceps are the hardest to tone.  The famous jiggle effect refuse to go. 

Do you have a specifc TRICEP exercise recommendation? 

How long will it take to see results?
