Burning Fat while Exercising

Ok, let’s see how you can maximize your fat burning ability and boost your metabolism.
- Exercise increases your metabolism and burning off excess unwanted fat. Since our metabolism slows down about 8 hours after we wake up, ideally, your exercising time will be in the morning.
However, if you want to additionally increase your metabolism in the evening, then you can do 30 minutes of exercise in the evening, just before dinner. This will increase your metabolism for about two to three more hours — supposedly when your metabolism was already slow. Hence, you experience another peak here to burn fat even after exercising.
On the other hand, if you need to sleep early, I wont recommend you exercise in the evening because you will be alert.
Have a great workout and make sure you drink your protein shake within 30 minutes after exercsing and drink water throughout your workout to replenish fluids.
