Teas to Cure Bloated Tummy and Flatten your Abs

These are simple teas with powerful stomach relief benefits that you can either prepare yourself by mixing the ingredients or just buy a spiced tea to help you get rid of that bloated feeling, upset stomach, and even lose belly fat.

  • Prepare a warming tea with spices like cinnamon, chamomile, peppermint, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, fennel, and anise, which not only are deliciously aromatic but also help to prevent indigestion, and get rid of gas, bloated feeling. 

For example, peppermint is a relaxant for the muscles of the intestinal wall, while cardamom seed, coriander seed, ginger Root and black pepper also support gastrointestinal function as they help reduce gas and move food through the digestive tract comfortably.
