Toning Abs Workout Watching the Copa America

I had a great ABS TONING WORKOUT while watching the Copa America Semifinal Mexico-Argentina

I planned to exercise during the match because it was harder to go to the gym and easier to enjoy my favorite sports while working towards my flat abs.  Time run fast, so this was a good way to maximize my weight loss exercise routine. 

WHAT TO DO: 

Toning your  stomach muscles or the “kangaroo pouch” takes dedication.  It is not necessary to work out your abs muscles every day because MUSCLES need time to recover and achieve that dreamed “flat abs”.  Hence, you can plan doing your ABS EXERCISES every 2 days. 

You can start with simple abs exercises, doing 1 set  of 10-15 repetion.

  • Basic abs exercises include crunches, sit ups and side bends.

Here is the secret to get rid of that flabby tummy: watch out your nutrition, what you eat.  It is important to burn stored fat for your toned muscles to show.
